PURCHASES MADE IN STORE – RETURN POLICY

We hope you enjoy everything you purchase from us and we do our best to make sure we give you all the information you need to make the best purchase decision for you.  We understand that circumstances come up and require items to be returned and we want you to know we are here to help before and after you purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your stock furniture, you must contact us within 72 hours from your delivery or pickup to arrange a return.  All items will be inspected upon return.  A restocking fee will apply of up to 30% on all stock furniture if returned within time frame. Any delivery fee paid by customer is non-refundable and customer will be charged an additional delivery fee for pick-up of the item(s) to be returned.  Orders that are canceled before delivery or pickup will be subject to a 20% restocking Fee.  These orders are ordered specifically for you and are outside of our normal products we sell therefore restocking fees will apply (CANCELLATION FEE).

SPECIAL ORDER – RETURN POLICY

These special-order items are made to your individual specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We require a 50% deposit for all SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS. Once you place your order for Custom merchandise, you have 48 hours to change or cancel. After 48 hours, your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. The 48-hour time frame begins as soon as you place your order and confirm your fabric selection in a store or online.

If any SPECIAL-ORDER item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, we will repair or replace the defective or damaged area. If that is not possible, we will arrange an exchange. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.

ALL FLOOR SAMPLE MERCHANDISE

All store floor samples are sold “as is.” Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

All store floor samples are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or repaired.

100 DAY COMFORT TRIAL – MATTRESSES

Like most brand-new things, there is going to be a bit of an adjustment period. Because of this, we ask you to sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights to allow for this adjustment period. After those first 30 nights, if you are still not completely comfortable you may exchange or return your mattress once, with a return delivery fee AND a restocking fee of up to 20%.  We are unable to exchange, or refund stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses under the 100 Night Comfort Trial. That is why we require you to purchase a waterproof mattress protector from us at time of purchase to help keep your new mattress clean otherwise you will not be eligible for our 100-day comfort trial. You must also keep all original tags on your mattress if you remove the law tag from the mattress or foundation, it will void your comfort trial. Please note that our 100 Day Comfort Trial is not valid on warranty exchanges, clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture or other accessories.

MASSAGE CHAIRS

If an order is canceled within 72 hours of purchase date Factory Expo Furniture will issue a full refund.  After 72 hours there are no refunds or exchanges, massage chairs are considered FINAL SALES.  All deliveries and warranties are handled by manufacturer.  Please see Owner’s manual for customer service phone number.
